Cold Flu Concoction with Thyme, Pear & Ginger
1 ripe pear, cored & chopped
1 inch (or more) of fresh ginger, peeled & minced
½ teaspoon of dried thyme
1 ½ cups unprocessed apple juice
Combine ingredients in a small pot with lid and simmer 5-8 minutes.
Pour in bowl or cup and consume. (Do not use for stomach flu.)
