A New Year's Cocktail: Trust Mixed with Love
I believe that renewal of myself is possible
I believe that I am able to develop new capabilities
I believe I will be permitted to practice my new abilities
I believe in myself
I love myself
I allow for the humanness in others.
For those coping with dis-ease, Holidays can be difficult when you think back on all the abilities you had in the past. During the holiday season, I think of all the abilities I could develop in the next twelve months. I dwell on these thought until New Year's Day. On that day, I select one of these new abilities and vow to develop this new ability over the coming year.
Happy New Year!
