Why e-learning?
Reportedly, e-learning results in a higher rate of information retention – with students
demonstrating a 60% faster learning curve than those in instructor led classes.
It is no secret that more people access their e-mail accounts daily than
surf the Web. According to research from PriceWaterhouseCoopers, email is
now the primary reason people go online. And e-mail is how we deliver course
lessons to our customers.
Will this e-course really make a difference in my life?
People, like you, from around the world have found our courses of hope and healing to be
transformational and enriching. Throughout this page, find just a portion of the comments sent in
by those who have taken or reviewed our courses. The majority of these comments were unsolicited
emails to us.
"I found this course to bring so many emotions to the surface as I went from Lesson to Lesson.
It was done in such a way that one feels you really are communicating and it guides you gently
through so many phases of loss. Even when I felt I had come upon an area of loss that I was familiar
with, the compassionate and heartfelt lessons left me with new perceptions and a deeper understanding…"
~ Stephanie Hart
How is this better than a Web seminar, teleconference, or class?
Our courses suit your lifestyle and schedule! E-learning is particularly convenient for people who
routinely check their inboxes. Our database with its e-mail delivery system avoids scheduling
issues faced by other forms of on-line and off-line learning since our unique "scheduler"
technology lets you specify the course start date, intervals and pace of lesson delivery.
"We obviously live in a busy society and the opportunity to do this online at your leisure is a
great benefit… Many who do not want or have the time to attend a class per se will gain great benefits
online--in their own time."
~ Lori Gillem, a Corporate Sales Mgr
What are the benefits of e-learning?
Our e-learning courses are served up in bite size portions. One is not overwhelmed with volumes of
information each lesson. Learner, however, may take learning to much deeper levels if he or she so
chooses. Each lesson contains a resource section, where learner can enjoy delicious side
dishes or desserts - metaphorically speaking - with a click of the mouse.
"[Course contains] lots of interesting, motivating and useful stuff. Each bite-sized session
contained just enough information and activities to be easily digested. The material was both
practical and enjoyable."
~ Izzy Gesell, Humor-Creativity Coach
When will I get my lessons?
You decide! Our unique e-mail delivery system - with scheduler - permits
learners to self-pace learning by determining the day and interval of lesson
delivery. Our training software also delivers lessons to each recipient in
sequence - starting at the beginning of the course - unlike newsletter
delivery programs in which all recipients read the same message on a given
day. Our courses fit your timetable!
"I like the idea of getting one [lesson] a week. It gives each person the opportunity to act out
and/or ponder the thoughts being shared in their own time. . ."
~ Lori Gillem
What is the typical length and pace of a course?
Generally a course is about 20 - 30 lessons. The learner determines the course
start date and pace. Lesson delivery options:
- Daily
- Weekly
- Bi-weekly (i.e., every other week)

To learn more about a given course and its author, see the Course Overview for that
course.
There the content provider has indicated the ideal pace and the number of lessons for that course.
"I wish I had paced this course out so that it lasted longer. I did not want to see 'this is
your last lesson...' I will likely take this course again. I'm sure I will see something new and
find more to learn the second time around."
~ Phyllis from Canada
"The lessons were not too long and the information was imparted in a concise manner. This is
particularly helpful since it is sometimes difficult to concentrate on anything when you are
grieving … The students should be able to manage the length of these lessons, and obtain and retain
the useful information included in each lesson. Just perfect!"
~ Terry Hickey
What does the lesson content consist of?
Generally, lessons contain:
- Mindset preparation such as a short meditation or visualization.
- Inspirational quote to set the tone of the lesson.
- One main lesson concept - or gold nugget of wisdom.
- Suggested resources, such as Web sites, article or book readings, video/DVD rentals,
and/or interactive web tools. Resources are optional and meant to be relevant to lesson. Learner
achieves optimal results when they take the time to checkout the articles, interactive web tools
and/or visual aid links provided.
- Practical application exercises and interactive web tools help reinforce the concept. Apply
the practical application exercises to your real life situations that day or week. Reflect on the
thought provoking questions. The next lesson builds on this newly laid foundation.
- A Closing Thought wraps up each lesson.

"In addition to the subject matter being comprehensive, I thought the organization of the course
was very well done. The 'Mindset Preparation' section was a useful introduction to each lesson. I also
appreciated the listing of additional references at the end of each lesson."
~ Mary Anne Reyman
"I was impressed with the large variety of exercises given to stimulate the imagination and get
folks writing quickly. I like the format which is specific and focused on one or two things for each
lesson... This enables people to not build up too much resistance or procrastination. I liked the
quotes picked by the author and the examples of processes that were shared."
~ Dani Antman, NJ
"In general most of the resources do apply and the artistic visual presentation is excellent.
The resources provide you with additional insights and tools for furthering your study. . ."
~ Brett Simpson, Editor of The Dreamtimes

"For 20 years, Rev. Brockway worked as a journalist and editor. She has authored several articles
and books on relationships. A self-described list maker, Rev. Brockway said she began looking at the
elements that came into play when seeking a soul mate. 'I went through 20 years of frogs but I was
meant to do that to figure out the combination of language and ritual and what leads to a soul mate
relationship,' she said, 'I have something to teach people.'"
~ Lisa Williamson, Staten Island Advance
