Sound produces measurable vibratory feelings throughout the body, depending upon the frequency and amplitude of the sound used. There have been a wide variety of sound healing developments over the last ten to twenty years. Certain sounds most likely have a healing influence upon the body because they influence the geometric patterns and organization of cells and living systems."

While living in New York City in the early 1990s, I awoke to an angelic choir singing a song – without words. I'd never heard such a beautiful choir. I laid there for a bit and enjoyed it. Then my right brain kicked in and I started to wonder, where is this music coming from? It must be coming from a neighbor's stereo or outside, I began to reason. I got up and put my ear to the walls - no, not coming from the neighbors. Next, I opened the window and poked my head out and only to hear NYC traffic sounds. As the music faded, I realized the sound was coming from within my apartment - or my head. This experience left a lasting impression that the angels were just a dream, a song, or whisper away.

You vanished in the column of light as it closed down. I opened my eyes, had some water to drink and stretched, then went to the kitchen to look at the time it was just 18.24h Just as you said 20 min. AMAZING! I had some fast heart beating afterwards that settled after a while. There are no words to express myself, to put in words all the wonder and blessings – all I can say is thank you from the bottom of my heart for holding my hands and open a door for me..."
