This month, we are pleased to announce a wonderful new course Breathing with the Divine Breath: Deep Inner Healing in The Beatitude Way, by Rev. Elizabeth Reed, Ph.D. with Neil Douglas-Klotz, Ph.D. Having experienced profound inner healing myself via rebirthing (one form of healing breath work), I love the way her lessons and many audio meditations focus on the healing power of the Holy Breath and the Heart connection. She recorded over 20 audio meditations to complement these lessons to help guide you on this healing journey with the Aramaic Beatitudes.

This new course also launches a facelift for our e-lesson format from plain text to html formatting. You've probably already noticed this new formatting in this month’s ezine. We are in the process of transitioning all our courses to this new format – so please bear with us as we make this transition in the coming weeks and month. I thoroughly enjoyed re-learning the Beatitudes through the lens of the Aramaic language (recall Aramaic is the language these ancient teachings would have been presented in by Jesus -- in that long ago sermon). The lessons are interfaith in nature and the many audio meditations teach us key Aramaic words, and guide us to focus on the Holy Breath, and heart-centered gratitude.
