Dear Friend,

Paul Heyer, a colleague and a mentor of mine during the 1990s in NYC, once shared a story of severe, unexplained pain in his stomach that he had experienced some 15 years earlier – when he was 42 years old. He said X-rays of this area revealed internal scar tissue, which puzzled his doctors since he had no stomach injuries or surgeries during his life. Eventually, he found his way to a past life regression session. While under hypnosis, he was able to recall a life time during the Renaissance, in which someone pierced his stomach (in the exact location of the scar tissue) with a spear, leading to his demise – at the age of 42! He also discovered he was a mason who built Cathedrals in Europe which he really liked learning since he was British, an architect and scholar in this lifetime. After the session and revelations, his pain went away. And a subsequent X-ray showed NO internal scar tissue or problems. "The medical doctors were stunned and baffled!" he said. Sadly, Paul died years later at age 60, from colon cancer, but every now and then, when it's quiet or I'm driving, I hear his voice and advice to me. I miss him but take comfort in knowing he is still looking out for me – albeit in Spirit. Who is watching over you from the other side?

Life After Life, Near Death Experiences (NDE), and Shared Death Experiences,

Dr. Moody has for years researched Near Death Experiences but he said he has recently become more confident about the reality of life-after-death because of what he calls, "shared death experiences." In other words, bystanders who are at the death bed of a loved one have reported seeing a light, the appearance of a tunnel, deceased loved ones, spiritual beings, and even co-participating in the panoramic life-review of the person who was passing away.
