~ Lynn's Laughter Blip for April ~

Implementing laughter into each day comes down to three little words. The application of
these words can take on many forms and can be utilized in many settings. At a recent
workout with a personal trainer, who has participated in a laughter club demonstration,
I was running out of steam doing those wonderful (?) abdominal crunches. When I
started to stop, he encouraged me with, "Ha Ha Hee Hee Ho Ho!" After I
glared at him, I then giggled and resumed the count. Now when I start to whine about
the exercise drills, he'll toss me a "Ho Ho Hee Hee, come on!" How insightful
of him to incorporate my own teachings into the sessions he prepares for me. Bless his
abs of steel....hee hee, ha ha, ho ho!
